Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing! These products are handmade according to demand. After there is a tracking number on the order, a return cannot be processed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We have a 7 days return policy. If 7 days have gone by since you received the merchandise unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at foreverchicpr@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you must cover your shipping costs. We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to the original purchase return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In case an item has become missing or lost, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim. Keep in mind that Forever Chic is not responsible for any item that has been missing or lost in transit after once item is dropped off for shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. You can always contact us for any return question at foreverchicpr@gmail.com.
Store credits
We only offer store credit. There is no money back or credit card refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the store credit.
If you are approved, then, a credit to our store will be processed.
Allows up to 30 days after we receive your pieces to manage your exchange or store credit.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may have a store credit. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a store credit or exchanged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. All Earrings, Bathing Suits, Gift Cards or some personal care items are FINAL SALE. Also customized orders are always a FINAL SALE.
The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please feel free to contact us before making an order.

Exchanges
Exchanges without approving will be return to the sender. You will have only 7 days from the date you received the package to request an exchange.

Customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit.
You must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
